With the weather not looking promising for the most romantic day of the year—Valentine’s Day, in case you’re unsure—we’re keeping things toasty with one of our favourite cocktails: the Toasted Marshmallow.
You’ll need: a Boston shaker, a Hawthorne strainer, a Champagne flute
25ml Absolut Raspberry vodka
12.5ml vanilla sugar syrup
50ml milk and cream
Garnish: a toasted marshmallow
1. Chill a Champagne flute.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker half filed with cubed ice. Shake until the tin frosts over.
3. Pour into the glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow (of course!).
