You’ll need: coupe glass, Boston shaker, Hawthorne strainer, fine strainer
Ingredients
25ml Kahlúa
25ml crème de cacao
12.5ml vanilla syrup
12.5ml espresso
25ml single cream
Garnish: three coffee beans, cocoa powder
Method
1. Freeze a coupe glass or fill with crushed ice to chill.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker and fill with cubed ice – shake until the tin frosts over.
3. If using the crushed ice, discard. Double strain the cocktail into the glass – to do this, attach the Hawthorne strainer to the shaker tin, then pour the liquid through the fine strainer.
4. Sieve some cocoa power over half of the drink, then place three coffee beans on the other half (just like an Espresso Martini).
Now, enjoy and enjoy some more!
