12.5ml ginger sugar syrup
12.5ml lemon juice
75ml ginger ale
Garnish: long, thin slice of ginger and a dehydrated lime wheel
1. Fill a mule mug or rocks glass with crushed ice.
2. Put all of the ingredients (except the ginger ale and garnishes) into a Boston shaker filled with cubed ice.
3. Shake until the tins frosts over and strain the liquid over the crushed ice.
3. Top with the ginger ale and add the garnishes.
