Negroni recipe

This Italian classic is a staple of cocktail bars around the world. With gin at its heart, sweetness from vermouth and bitterness from Campari, it’s the perfect aperitif.


25ml Beefeater gin
25ml Martini Rosso vermouth
25ml Campari
Garnish: orange twist or wedge


1. Add all of the ingredients to a chilled rocks glass with a large cube of ice.
2. Stir for a minute to get everything combined and chilled.
3. Garnish with an orange twist or wedge.
