Meet the menu: winter drinks

Now we’ve officially said goodbye to our summer menu it’s time to welcome our winter drinks with open arms and woolly gloves. Bar Supervisor Kris Bazys and his team have put together a brand-new selection of drinks to sip away through the party season and beyond.

Here’s a few of our winter line-up

This winter we’re excited to be introducing a range of flavours from Grey Goose vodka. Along with lemon juice and soda, it’s a deliciously refreshing cocktail to sip on after dinner.

Santa gets his milk and cookies left out on Christmas Eve, and we think you deserve the same treatment! Although our version is a little more indulgent (and alcoholic…). A combination of coffee liqueur and Disaronno, it’s served with two pieces of shortbread – a cocktail fit for Father Christmas himself.

As well as new cocktails, we’re showcasing a few of our favourite spirits in the guise of a perfect serve. Bathtub gin’s warming flavour is perfect for this time of year. We pair it with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, a slice of orange and a grind of black pepper. It’ll be sure to warm you up this winter.

A delicious twist on the classic White Russian – because there’s nothing salted caramel can’t improve. Topped with some flamed cocoa powder, it’s suitably sophisticated for glammed-up party-goers.
